Larger prints are carefully rolled into protective tubes, which is the industry standard and does not affect the print once placed into a frame.

Framed prints and framed canvases are securely packaged using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Although damage during transit is rare, we're here to help if it happens.

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
